The Front Desk Manager leads the front office team, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes, excellent guest communication, and efficient daily operations. You will act as the face of the hotel, maintaining high customer satisfaction while managing team scheduling, training, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
• Hire, train, schedule, and mentor front desk agents and concierge staff.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally and promptly.
• Oversee room allocation, VIP arrivals, and special guest requests.
• Manage front desk financial transactions, daily audits, and billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations to ensure smooth room turnover and service delivery.
• Monitor inventory, manage room availability, and optimize occupancy in alignment with sales goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
• 2+ years of leadership experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Corporate Sales Manager

Location: Yerevan, Armenia / On site

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to secure corporate accounts, long-term stays, meeting spaces, and event bookings. This role requires an energetic professional with strong negotiation skills and an established network in the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients and business travel accounts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate accounts to maximize revenue.
• Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and service agreements in line with hotel yield strategies.
• Conduct site inspections, corporate presentations, and face-to-face client meetings.
• Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing teams to design compelling corporate packages.
• Track sales activity, pipelines, and revenue targets using the hotel’s CRM system.
• Represent the hotel at industry networking events, trade shows, and business expos.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Corporate Sales Manager or similar sales role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Deep understanding of hotel sales, corporate travel trends, and contract negotiation.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and CRM tools.
