All good things must come to an end… but this one is going to be a hard goodbye!

After being such a special part of our Ceduna Hotel family, our beautiful Sharon is moving on to her next chapter of retirement. Anyone who knows Sharon knows just how much heart, dedication and love she puts into everything she does. She's been such a valued part of our team, and it's safe to say we have some very big shoes to fill! While we're incredibly sad to see her go, we're also so grateful for everything she's brought to our hotel over the years. Sharon, you are going to be missed more than you know!

With that, we're on the hunt for our next Front of House / Bistro Manager! We're looking for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys working with people and is ready to become part of our fantastic team!

THE ROLE INCLUDES:
Greeting and seating customers
Leading and coordinating our front-of-house team
Training and supporting staff
Creating weekly rosters
Working closely with our Head Chef and Events Coordinator
Assisting with functions and events

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A friendly, approachable personality
Strong customer service and communication skills
Someone reliable, organised and motivated
Confidence leading a team in a busy hospitality environment

Full-time position
Minimum 38 hours per week, with some weekend work required.

Hospitality experience is an advantage, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!

Looking for a new challenge? We are looking for Bottleshop staff on a casual basis at our Cellarbrations Bottleshop. Approx 18 hours a week.

Responsibilities include:

-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
-Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Ascertain customers' needs and wants
- Welcome and greet customers
-Keep up to date with product information
-Follow all company policies and procedures
