Your accommodation will be deep cleaned before and after your stay. EVERY guest is required to scan the QR code on your mobile phone and enter your details at the time of checking in. Rubbish ,soiled towels and cutlery, as well as a list of consumables to be replenished are to be left in the baskets outside the unit for change over between 10AM - 12 NOON each day. We will NOT be entering your accommodation during your stay. If you become unwell during your stay, we advise you to be COVID-19 tested in Wangaratta (14km away) and isolate in the unit (subject to availability) for 24 hours until you receive your result. If you return a POSITIVE test for COVID-19, we are UNABLE to supply you with further accommodation for isolation and advise that you return to your normal place of residence or hospital (if serious illness), and we will refund any unused nights of accommodation.
