Novotel Perth Murray Street is looking for a Head Chef who can take over the kitchen and level it up.
You’ll be running our signature restaurant Miss Mi Perth - bold, modern Asian, big flavours, zero beige energy while also owning a high-volume hotel operation (events, lobby bar, cafe, the works).
Let’s be clear, this is not a chill gig. It’s fast. It’s loud. It’s pressure. It’s fun. So we need someone who:
