Entering the property which has plenty of room for large families. Entering the property, there is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. In the living area you can enjoy the comforts of cooling via the split system, heating from the beautiful gas jetmaster and the ceiling fan. There is a large plasma tv, Foxtel entertainement pack plus movies only and playstation 3 is als

o available.There is also a cd player. The kitchen has a large stainless steel fridge with icemaker, dishwasher and coffee pod machine. There are three large bedrooms, all with built in robes and the childrens room has plenty of games, puzzles, cd.s,dvd'sand toys to enjoy. The bedroom configeration is:

Master: King with A/C and a ceiling fan and tv

Bedroom 1: King with a ceiling fan and tv

Bedroom 2: 2 x Tri Bunks with a fan and tv

There is a large master bathroom with shower and bathtub and there is another separate toilet in the laundry area. The property has a large wrap around veranda where you can relax and enjoy a bbq or enjoy time by sitting in the swing chair. Downstairs there is another sitting area with tables and chairs for lounging and hanging out with the children who may be enjoying a game of basketball with the baksetball hoop provided as well as a cricket set and outdoor tennis set. With plenty of room for off street parking and secure back yard fencing. Linen and towels is also included in your stay however you are required to bring your own beach towels. You are sure to have a fabulous time at this property - everyone has been carefully catered and provided for including a highchair and a portacot. There are multiple security screen lockable doors and flyscreens on windows. As the property is high on the hill - it enjoys beautiful cool breezes. Strictly no smoking inside the property and no schoolies. No Groups Under 25’s. Code of conduct for short stays please visit council site. SOLD OUT BUT YOU CAN STILL ATTEND
let me explain-
SOLD OUT are the words you could be getting when booking for Sorrento Solstice on Saturday.
It is A FREE EVENT and it’s the first year we’ve had to apply for tickets. And ask any event organiser, when tickets are free there’s a huge number of no shows.
TICKETS ARE FREE - beware of people trying to “sell “ you their tickets.
So here’s the take from Sorrento News. The foreshore is a public space and there are no barricades or fencing around the event. The event runs from 2pm till 9pm with people coming and going. If you don’t have a ticket and are planning on attending - attend. You won’t have a problem with getting in BUT we may all need to be patient with crowds, especially around 6:30 when Burnie is set alight.
Rug up, be patient, plan ahead with traffic - have fun and support Sorrento’s biggest festival. See you there on Saturday. I asked Ai to create me an image - this was its take on the night !

👋🏼 Hi, I’m Julieann, the new owner of Montino Deli.
 
As a proud Peninsula local, I’m excited to share my love of food with the Rye community.
 
After many years in the corporate world, I’ve taken a leap of faith to follow my dream and pour my heart into this beautiful little deli.
 
Anyone who knows me knows that food is my love language. My home has always been a place where family gathers, friends are welcomed and nobody ever leaves hungry. That’s exactly the feeling I want to bring to Montino.
 
Growing up in a Croatian family and marrying into an Italian family, food has always been at the centre of every celebration, conversation and memory. I can’t wait to share some of the European flavours, traditions and products that I grew up with and love so much.
 
Montino isn’t just a deli to me - it’s an extension of my home.
 
This is a new chapter for Montino and I can’t wait to meet you all. Please pop in and say hello, grab a coffee, browse the shelves, or simply wave hello as you walk past.
