The Surf Club Midigama is a beachfront boutique property featuring 11 rooms and a restaurant, offering guests a relaxed coastal hospitality experience.
Position: Waiter / Waitress
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality.
- Ensure the restaurant and service areas are clean, neat, and well organised.
- Have good knowledge of the menu and assist guests with recommendations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
- Follow service standards, hygiene practices, and hotel procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Professional appearance and a passion for guest satisfaction.
