We are delighted to announce that Mr. Hussam Aldroubi has joined our team in Dubai as a General Manager for UAE Market.
With extensive multinational experience in driving business growth, operational excellence, and market expansion across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Hussam brings over 28 years of experience, with a proven track record in building high-performing organizations, leading complex market clusters, and delivering sustainable revenue and profitability growth.
Most recently, he served as Head of Levant Cluster at Hilti Middle East, where he led operations across multiple countries, driving market growth strategies, strengthening distributor networks, and ensuring alignment between regional markets and global leadership.
Prior to that, he held the role of General Manager – Hilti Egypt, where he successfully turned around profitability, achieved record sales performance, expanded market reach, and enhanced operational excellence across the organization.
Hussam holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Strathclyde Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, reflecting a strong academic foundation that complements his extensive leadership experience.
