We have 3 Carnival Flower kits left in the original colorways, PLUS the Tim Holtz Palette version I designed and have on my longarm right now. Let's not talk about how long it will be there. I'm doing a custom and have little time to get it done. But these 4 versions are cut and ready to ship to you. FREE within the US!

If you don't like these we will do a custom colorway for you. We love custom. Just order from the custom listing and in comments on the checkout page tell us where to start. We will design it and send you a link to review, ask for changes and the approve before we cut your kit.

Have you made a quilt to celebrate America's 250th anniversary? I have. I made the Moda panel version. It was the first quilt I've made that wasn't paper pieced since I can remember. I managed to actually do it and still match the seams and did it all in one day. That means you still have time to create a beautiful quilt for your celebrations. I have 3 for you to consider. Katie Ellsworth has been busy designing Arcadia in her favorite fabrics from Moda that are coming out the end of the year....just in time for the Arcadia pattern.

If you want any of these I must know before the end of June as I must get the fabric order in to be sure we can get the fabrics. Please email me (don't expect a comment or a Facebook message will actually be seen...I'll try but emails are the best).

Email me at [email protected] and tell me the name of the colorway you want. The name will be in comments with the picture ... just click on the picture to see the name.

Once we have pricing I will send you an email with the information and how to actually place an order. Until then, it's just a reservation for a pre-order...called my "Super Secret non-payment pre-order list". No money now and no obligation. That will come later.

We have two more colorways to have you consider for Arcadia - the Technique of the Month coming out in January 2027. These are special editions colored by Certified Instructor Michael Davison who is the fabric designer for Riley Blake Designs of the two collections "Urban Loft" and "Sunken Treasure" that are used in these two beauties..

Yes, these can be colored in all sizes available. I just need to know quickly if you want to consider one of these beauties. Please send me an email. My vow to never custom quilt another quilt again is out the window. This is the start of my Carnival Flower in Tim Holtz Palette Collection. It’s just too beautiful to not custom.

I’m honoring the claim on this quilt by my favorite first born son. He’ll get it eventually. I can always make another if the two kits I have left don’t get purchased by another quilter with a favorite first born son. Save me! I’ve already custom quilted another Carnival Flower.

Have you been thinking about the new TOM called Arcadia and how and when you might take a class? Well, your thoughts have brought you here...you know how Facebook reads your mind...well it's happened again and this time for good.

Spumoni Garden Quilts by Carin and I will be teaching Arcadia on both of our cruises to Alaska in 2027. The first one starts 4-25-27 and the 2nd 8-14-27. We are filling up fast on both of these and would love to have you join us on one or both. Imagine getting Arcadia finished while at sea. It could happen.

Another bonus of taking this class while on a cruise is that you will be able to get 20% off your kit that you are making on the cruise. Think about it (carefully so Facebook doesn't intrude)...20% off Arcadia and lessons while cruising. What could be better?

Before the cruise we will have Zoom sessions to help you get your kit cut and ready to sew, or if you prefer, we do offer cutting services and will deliver your cut kit to the ship so all you need to do is sit, sew, eat, look at wildlife and glaciers, repeat.

All you need to do right now is register and make a deposit. The balance is due about 4 months in advance of the cruise and is refundable until then. But then, we don't want you to cancel.

Thank you everyone for the enormous response to the post below to get on my "super secret advance pre-non-order list" for this new pattern being released in January 2027. I have tried to see all of the requests and respond. If you did not get an email, message or reponse to your request to be on this "super secret advance pre-non-order list" then I don't have you on the list. To make sure your request does not get lost in the Facebook multi faceted way of telling me you requested to be on the list, please instead send me an email....because I will need your email to let you know when it's time to order. My email is : [email protected] or just go to my website and contact me through the site.

For those of you asking about classes, we suggest you consider one or all of the following:

1) Go on one of our Alaska cruises in 2027 where Spumoni Garden Quilts by Carin and I will be teaching the Arcadia pattern. Email me with questions about the cruises or just go to my website.

2) Take a Zoom class to be offered by Spumoni Garden Quilts by Carin. Contact Carin for details.

3) Take an in-person class (yes, the cruises are an option). Spumoni Garden Quilts by Carin will be offering in-person classes in a variety of locations.

We are currently designing exclusive colorways...so there are more choices to follow!

By now you have probably seen all the colorways for Arcadia that have been created so far. Have you picked out what you want? I can't decide. I expect that some of you might be the same way. Besides all the colorways created by Quiltworx, we will be doing just as many of our own exclusive designs, just to make it even more challenging to decide. Or, you can be like me with Jungle Magnolia and make 5 of your top favorites.

Because of all the decision, not just the colorway, but applique or no, how much applique, what size and likely a multitude of options to change groups or ways to color them, I have decided to hold off with official pre-order deposits. You can give me money to hold for what you decide, but I can't give you a price for several months, so why give me a non-refundable deposit on a mysterious quilt?

Just know, that I will be kitting them all. I will customize what you want until you are deliriously happy. When we get closer to the end of the year I will ask for deposits. For now, just tell me which colorway you think you want so I can order in the correct amount of fabric. No obligation on your part...you'll just be on my super secret advance pre-non-order list. I'll contact you when it's time for a $ commitment. Until then, enjoy the viewing and email me with what you think you might consider ordering.
