🎉 One year of Hyatt Place Whitehorse! 🎉

In honour of our grand opening one year ago, we’re throwing it back to a very special first: welcoming our first-ever guest, Nicole Havrda (.havrdi), through our doors. 🏁

Nicole is an accomplished Canadian racing driver who became the first female Formula Pro USA Champion before going on to compete in the F1 Academy with Hitech TGR, representing Canada on the international motorsport stage.

It was such a pleasure hosting Nicole and her family, and we love that she also holds another piece of Hyatt Place Whitehorse history as the first person to ever train in our fitness centre! 💪

One year later, we’re incredibly grateful for every guest, team member and member of our community who has been part of our first year.

Here’s to an amazing first birthday and many more years of welcoming you to Whitehorse. 🥂🏔️
