1) This photograph captures Norwegian black kale in a simple but dramatic way. The close-up view highlights the rich texture of the leaves, while droplets of water bring out their natural details. Using soft, low-key lighting, the image reveals the beauty and character of a seasonal vegetable that is often overlooked.

2) Deep Purple! This image is a close study of Norwegian red cabbage — one of the most humble, and most beautiful ingredients we have here in the north.
I’m drawn to what happens when I move closer than we’re used to. Past recognition, past “this is cabbage,” and into something more abstract — texture, light, small droplets holding onto the surface like tiny worlds.
Shot for BAMA Storkjøkken, celebrating Norwegian produce at harvest.

3) The Norwegian summer is short, making every basket of sun-ripened strawberries something to cherish. This image celebrates those precious moments—fresh local berries, a homemade tart, and the traces left behind after sharing it with loved ones. Chef and foodstylist Lise Finckenhagen.

4) The taste of summer in Norway.

5) Happy colour and happy food shoot for ChrisLovesFood in Norway for his cookbook.

1) This is my set-up of “ calm and take a break”: the warm colors of lemons, tea and honey contrast with the cold color of the glass and black stone. And the flowers give a very romantic touch of calm and serenity.

3) During winter, you need color. And even against a neutral, gray background like the weather, the orange of seafood is a feast for the eyes!

5) Di Saranno Velvet is a Classic Italian liquor, with a splas effect! The velvet drink is super cool and delicious . Prosit, cheers,Prost, Cin Cin!

6) A special vintage set up for a photoshooting of a coffee machine in vintage style. A old radio, and a soft atmosphere is a good mix for this set up : non easy to make but I love it!

7) This tea has a wonderful taste and isn’t only a tea but a mix of perfumes. I Love the orange color and the shadows on this picture. Picture makes in studio with studio lights.

8) This is a pictures made for , an Italian group who love a typical food recipe of Oltrepó area : “la schita” is made only with flour, water and salt, cooked with a little bit of oil and served with gorgonzola cheese or typical “pancetta” (very thin slices of bacon). In Oltrepó area
every grandma swears to know the original recipe... But in any case every schita is tasty!

9) I made my picture about an “easy, daily gesture”. I love the simplicity and neutral colors: it is only a cup of tea but it wasn’t an easy picture at all.

10) My goal is to make you feel thirsty and what is better than a cold b**r after a day of hard work? B**r and bezel are the answer!

1) Red Onion

An ingredient that is often overlooked, yet full of character, texture, and visual beauty. I wanted to capture its natural elegance, highlighting the rich layers, vibrant tones, and sculptural qualities that make it such a captivating subject. Through careful styling and lighting, the image explores the contrast between simplicity and sophistication, transforming an everyday ingredient into something visually striking…

2) Stacked to perfection. 🥪🔥

This isn’t just focaccia — it’s a full-on flavour tower. Layers of savoury meats, creamy cheese, roasted veggies, and peppery greens all tucked into golden, airy focaccia that hits just right with every bite…

3) Cherry on top 🍒

I loved getting in really close with these cherries and capturing all those little details — the deep red colour, the highlights and especially those tiny drops of dew sitting on the skin…

4) Part of my ongoing vegetable flatlay collection 🥦🥬✨
Exploring the beauty of everyday produce through simple compositions, natural textures, and moody green or dark-toned backgrounds...

5) Did I tell you I LOVE flatlays 😃

💚 Fresh ribbons of cucumber, vibrant peas, leafy greens, and creamy beans coming together in a bowl full of colour and goodness. A little reminder that eating green can be both beautiful and satisfying. 🌿🥒✨

6) A rustic loaf sits in quiet shadow, its cracked, blistered crust catching a soft, directional light. The low-key setup emphasizes texture and contrast, turning the bread into something almost sculptural...

1) Spiced apple c***r with cinnamon. Warm light and soft shadows create a cozy seasonal atmosphere.

2) Sometimes a still life is less about the ingredients and more about how they relate to one another. This composition is an exploration of balance, shape, and texture.

3) Tomato pasta, parmesan, and fresh basil. A simple composition celebrating the flavors and textures of Italian cooking.

4) Summer is when the simplest ingredients become the most beautiful. This composition celebrates the richness and diversity of tomato season.

5) Green is my favourite colour, and I wanted to show how many different textures, shapes and shades can exist within a single colour. I also enjoy creating compositions that feel balanced.

6) I love creating compositions that feel as if they exist one second before gravity takes over. While preparing the scene, I noticed a single dandelion seed at home and immediately knew it was the missing detail. It brought lightness to the composition and balanced the sparkling c***r, the glasses and that fleeting moment I wanted to capture.

1) Bartender grinding chocolate on his personal new interpretation of a new york sour.

2) Studio photograph of Tuscan kale leaves from an ongoing photographic study on food. The controlled lighting emphasizes the leaf’s intricate venation, texture, and sculptural structure.

3) New cocktails list photo - shoot at Mariana Zarate Olbia.
Low speed exposure, a pinch of red and a flash light.

4) Sliced Black Angus with sautéed chard and Cannonau demi-glace.
Photographed with Chef Stefano Pozzi in the kitchen of La Tavernetta Restaurant, overlooking Tavolara island in northeastern Sardinia.
Lit with a single flash, powerful enough to completely overpower the ambient light.

5) Food photography can’t be always about the formula and preparation. Sometimes can be also about flavours and the joy of tasting.
Winter photo shoot at Mariana Zarate

6) Finishing touch at fine dining restaurant Ristorante Dulchemente Olbia, Olbia (SS), Sardinia, Italy.
