Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and oversee daily Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
✅ Perform daily reconciliations between invoices and payments, investigate discrepancies, and process credit notes when required.
✅ Reconcile customer balances with sales, inventory records, customer accounts, and intercompany transactions.
✅ Prepare customer statements, aging reports, and Accounts Receivable trial balances.
✅ Monitor returned payments, investigate variances, process approved write-offs, and ensure timely month-end closing.
✅ Verify and process supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies, and manage supplier payments through transfers, checks, and other payment methods.
✅ Reconcile vendor accounts, monitor duplicate payments, and maintain accurate Accounts Payable records.
✅ Manage employee expense claims, petty cash transactions, and advance settlements.
✅ Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
✅ Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and applicable tax regulations.
✅ Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve accounting and operational issues efficiently.
✅ Prepare financial schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation required by management and auditors.
Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or Accounts Payable.
✔ Strong experience in month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
✔ Previous experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
✔ Experience in handling high-volume transactions and multiple entities is a plus.
