Hello, I am Patricia, and I run Casa Serene in Agua Amarga, in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, Almería. The condo has three storeys with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each room has a wardrobe, a desk for work, and a chair. It also has a terrace to relax outside in the sun. The top bedroom is en-suite and has two terraces. All linen is provided. We've used the reliable Wi-Fi over the years while working from home. A cleaning service is included twice a month. The beach is only 5’ or less from the condo. You can view the sea from the top terrace. A shop and some restaurants are open year-round. The nearest large town is Carboneras, 8km away. It has all the necessary services: doctors, dentists, larger supermarkets, banks, and plenty of restaurants. The nearest airport is Almería, a 45-minute drive. Alicante is 2h 30 ’, and Malaga airport is a 3-hour drive. We have it available from November to March. The rent is 750€. Electricity bills are separate and are around 70€, depending on your consumption. This is a remote area by the sea. You will need a car if you are interested. DM. Patricia Cacho
