Our biggest reflection? Bookings and income are just the tip of the iceberg. Behind every stay is daily work, care and responsibility.

So many companies promote AI as the ideal business partner. It can help, but it cannot fix problems in person or replace empathy and human judgement. Does the guest really need a locksmith, or just some guidance? Calling a technician is easy when the owner pays.

We’re here to grow, choosing tools that support thoughtful, personal hospitality. ❤️
