For two evenings each June, Sa Pobla puts the spotlight firmly on one of Mallorca’s most iconic local ingredients, the potato. 🥔

4th & 5th June, 2026

The popular Potato Night Fair transforms Plaça Major into a lively open-air food festival filled with tapas, live music and creative potato-based dishes, from traditional favourites to more unexpected creations. This year’s edition is particularly special, marking 100 years since the arrival of the famous Royal Kidney potato in Sa Pobla, a crop that helped shape the town’s agricultural identity.
