In front of you you can see the tall high rise hotels of “Las Maravillas”, where large hotel companies have risen. We are located in the quieter area of Playa de Palma. With a quieter beach, a closer proximity to the airport and smaller buildings. The neighborhood “Sometimes” in Playa de Palma owes its peculiar, English-sounding name to its original developer and promoter, Luis Bejarano Sometimes. While it sounds like a whimsical English word, “Sometimes” in this context is actually a real, albeit uncommon, family surname. (Google)(Double Room view).
