If the first picture is what you're expecting when we open, you may be a little disappointed. 😊
As much as we'd love to make every pastry, bread, and dessert that's been requested, we're a small French bakery and simply can't do it all.
Instead of having a huge menu, we'll be starting with just 8-9 French specialties that we can make really, really well. Everything will be made from scratch with quality ingredients.
The second picture is from a test bake this week (and honestly, it looks pretty delicious even without the egg wash).
We know some people may be hoping for more options, but we'd rather focus on doing a few things exceptionally well than a lot of things just okay.
We can't wait for you to try them. 🥐
