Speakers didn't walk on from the wings. They stepped out of the picture.

For an Annual Members Conference at Crowne Plaza Belfast, we built a 12m LED wall with a 2m x 2m opening in the centre. Behind it sat a second 3m x 3m LED wall, with content mapped across both as one continuous image. From the floor, the gap disappeared until each speaker walked through it.

Alongside the set:
• Two autocue systems with an operator on site throughout
• Six 75" screens flown over the audience on two separate feeds
• Live multi-camera coverage, livestream, photography and same-day edit
• A two-hour turnaround from conference to banquet
