So we’ve left the camper and the dogs at home and ventured down south on the train for a couple of days. Not sure we can tolerate the crowds for very long.

So we were meant to be going to the Northumbrian coast about now in Paloma, however our plans have been scuppered due to my broken ankle. Our adventures are now limited to the odd night away until I am more mobile which is very sad but it is what it is. Note to self…..be careful when checking the play equipment on site in future, the slide is not for old ladies ! 😝

A quick one-night stop at Winchcombe to see our friends, The Babbling Brookes. Great to catch up over dinner at The Royal Oak, Gretton. Thanks guys and we'll see you soon.

And there it was… gone! Two seasons at Sandringham Camping and Caravanning Club site all packed up and ready to go home. We have had a fabulous time and worked with some lovely people. We have learned so much at this lovely site and it’s time to move on. We’re home for the autumn/winter before starting a new challenge at Chipping Norton Camping and Caravanning club site in March.
Stay tuned for the some winter expeditions.
