Restaurant: serving homemade bar meals & specials, all freshly prepared to order in our clean, comfortable lounge bar or bistro. 🍴

Bar: enjoy relaxed drinks in our lounge bar with or without a meal, bookings/walk ins for drinks only are more than welcome. If we know you're coming we will make sure your table awaits. Popping in on the off chance? If there's a table/space at the bar, it's all yours! 🍺🍸🥂🍷☕️

Coffee: specialty coffees, matchas, flavoured iced coffees & refreshers, all hand crafted and served how you like them. Our coffee is freshly ground and our milk always steamed well with our much loved coffee machine. Morning coffee? Afternoon coffee & cacth up? Evening coffee? Whatever the reason, coffees are served all day/night! ☕️😁

Functions: whatever the occasion, bringing people together to celebrate is our passion. Meetings/conferences too! We have different rooms to suit different requirements, and many different catering options too. 🎉🥳

Cocktail Bar: available for private hire and public opening. When not booked private the bar is open to all at weekends, where you can join us in relaxed & trendy surroundings and enjoy our hand crafted, freshly prepared cocktails & full bar range. 🍹🍸

Accommodation: we offer well presented rooms at reasonable prices with both a bed and breakfast or room only rate to choose from. In the heart of Castle Douglas, our rooms offer a friendly, comfortable and convenient base for exploring Castle Douglas and the surrounding areas. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🛌

Mobile bar: you'll also be able to see us out and about after huge demand for our cocktails warranted us designing our own mobile cocktail bar for outdoor functions and events. This also led to us offering a full mobile general bar, so you can find us at festivals/galas and we are also bookable for private events such as weddings and birthday parties. 🍸🍹🥳🍺🥂🍷

In the course of any day we are likely juggling all of the above, creating a very busy and intense week, and we live for it. 😀

Each of our services creates so many tasks, meaning a work load inviting many team members and keeping us all super busy, all the time! ❤️

The stock and services we need from other local businesses is crazy, meaning everything that keeps us busy, keeps other local businesses busy too! 😀😁

Not 1, but 2 big celebrations last night! 🎉🎉🎉

In the function suite, we were thrilled to help William & Claire celebrate 10 years of marriage! ❤️🎊

They gathered with their many friends and family for a party filled with love and laughter, and lots of laughs! 😅❤️

Thanks to the happy couple and their guests for being so lovely, and for keeping us laughing throughout the shift! ❤️🥳

In the Bottom Bar we celebrated with Kelvin at his 21st Birthday celebrations. 🎉🥳🍺🍸

Another brilliant crew, and very valued customers who return to us again and again, and we were delighted to help Kelvin celebrate his big birthday. 🥳

We also enjoyed a full early dinner service, before stopping a little earlier than usual to cater for our 2 big functions. Thanks to all of our diners for the early seating.❤️🍴

I'm helping out with housekeeping today. 🤩

We had a full house last night, many of which were 1 nighters, which is a lot the next day for the housekeeper on top of everything else that needs done housekeeping wise in a building this size! 😮

Does anyone else find bed making very therapeutic? I love seeing the crisp clean end result! 😀

Funnily enough.....it's not as enjoyable when I do it at home! 😅
