Paddington is visiting the West Street Telephone Box.

Nagomi Summer Art Exhibition, happening right now at Vernon House.

What is the Nagomi Exhibition?
Organised by Creative Response, "Nagomi" is a Japanese concept that translates to peace, serenity, and emotional harmony. The exhibition is a beautiful celebration of healing, community, and connection through shared creativity.

Every piece tells a story of personal growth and the therapeutic power of the arts.

If you're in town, please do pop in to support these incredible local artists and take in a little bit of that peaceful 'Nagomi' spirit.

Thursday 11 June: 6pm – 8pm
Saturday 13 June: 11am – 2pm

Weekdays: Selected works remain on display until 3 July (11am – 2pm)

Great to see The Plough open and back on its feet!

It's fantastic to have the pub up and running again under new management.

Wishing the new team the absolute best of luck and a very successful future ahead.

My “drains in the wrong places” movement never disappoints

The drain sitting there doing absolutely nothing while the puddle forms its own independent nation a couple of feet away.

On meet-and-greet duties today, Shelby was on his very best behaviour, charming everyone he met with a wagging tail and a friendly face.

While police dogs are often recognised for tracking suspects, locating missing people, and helping keep our communities safe, many also play an important role in community engagement. They help build positive relationships, bring smiles to people's faces, and remind us of the softer side of policing.

Across the years, police dogs have gone the extra bark for a good cause, searching tirelessly for vulnerable missing people, helping to bring offenders to justice, and providing reassurance at community events.

Their loyalty, courage, and dedication make them true four-legged heroes.

A huge thank you to all the handlers and police dogs who work behind the scenes every day.

If you fancy a change of scenery, Guildford makes for a great day out. The town has some fantastic history, with its Norman castle keep dating back to the 11th century and the charming Guildford Museum tucked away right next to the castle grounds.

The museum is packed with local history and like Farnham’s it's completely free to enter! Just keep in mind if you're planning a visit to the museum it is only open to visitors from Wednesday to Saturday (12pm to 4:30pm).

Best of all, with a direct line right from Farnham, it’s incredibly nice to just jump on the train instead of dealing with traffic and parking !

The poppies are also out at the moment 👍

Walked past Harold Falkner’s old house on West Street today.

As an architect who devoted his entire life's work to Farnham, shaping the very soul and style of our town centre in the early 20th century, it makes you wonder... What would Harold think if he walked down our streets today?

With recent developments completed and even more major changes on the way, the face of Farnham is shifting fast.

Would he champion the evolution, or would he be fiercely defending the classic style he loved so much?

Farnham is always evolving, but hopefully, we never lose that distinct market town character he worked so hard to build.
