😌 Sound Bath: Autumn Equinox Fire & Sound Ceremony, Saturday 19th September at 6pm with Temple of the Soul

As Summer gently gives way to autumn, the Equinox offers us a beautiful moment to pause, reflect and return to balance. Join us around the fire for a heartfelt release ceremony and share simple Equinox rituals to help you connect with the season and yourself. Then settle into a deeply restorative sound bath, where crystal singing bowls and healing instruments will invite stillness, balance and renewal.

🤯 Offload the Motherload, Weds 9th September at 9.30am with Charlotte Sharpe Therapy 

Low mood can quietly weave its way into parenthood - showing up as exhaustion, disconnection, irritability, or a sense of heaviness that's hard to explain.  In this month's Offload session, we'll gently explore how to recognise low mood in ourselves as parents, understanding why it happens, and ways to support our own emotional wellbeing.

The nights are drawing in earlier and the summer holidays are almost over.

It also means that Tuesday Pizza & Ponies nights with Cluck and Crusts & Lara | Magic Ponies🐴💫 are coming to an end.

If you're unable to join us tonight, stroll or cycle across the Common to join us for the final dough-lightful evening of 2027 next week on Tuesday 1st September.

(Fear not though, Lara | Magic Ponies🐴💫 will still be running pre-booked slots on Fridays and you'll be able to catch Cluck and Crusts on the odd Sunday too!)

We've been to meet the people (and more importantly, the cows!) behind Grays Gelato. You guys absolutely love their tubs over the summer, and we love working with great small local businesses like this one.
