Cobley Countryside services is part of Cobley Rural Business Partnership. Cobley Lodge Farm has been actively farmed in the Harker family for over 5 Generations and has always been a family run business. Cobley Countryside Service is act

ively managed by the family partnership. Joel and Max Harker actively running the day to day operations, along with a team of skilled hardworking employees. Over the generations the farm has been mainly an arable and dairy farm. The rural partnership also still operates in-house agricultural operations managed by Trevor Harker . Due to the changes in agriculture over the years diversification has been the main focus which has included 'Harker Barkers' a dog boarding kennels managed by the family accommodating 70 dogs accredited with a high level 5 star award, and 'The Udder Pre School children’s nursery' managed by the family which cares for 80 children which has been accredited the highest award with a outstanding ofsted report in 2021

Another groundwork project completed. We carried out the excavation, installed strip foundations to structural engineer specifications, completed the blockwork up to DPC level, prepared the sub-base and drainage, and finished with a reinforced concrete slab ready for the next phase of construction.
