Peak Group was proud to successfully deliver a full range of mechanical and electrical services at Beechwood Care Home, enhancing comfort, efficiency, and reliability for residents and staff alike.

Our scope of works included:

We’re pleased to announce that Peak has secured the Mechanical Services package for the new Cherrington Grange Care Home on behalf of a valued client.

The project includes the design and installation of a complete mechanical services installation, comprising air source heat pumps, heating and domestic hot water systems, air conditioning, and ventilation. All systems will be integrated and controlled through a bespoke Building Management System (BMS), ensuring efficient and reliable operation throughout the facility.

Works are now underway on site, with our team making excellent progress on the first-fix pipework installation across the building.

We’re proud to be involved in the delivery of this important development and look forward to sharing updates as the project progresses.

Case Study: Daisyfield's, Blackburn 🏗️

We're proud to showcase our work at Daisyfield's, Blackburn, where the Peak team successfully delivered a major pipework installation across three 12-storey residential tower blocks.

The project involved the installation of rising ground source pipework to three individual risers within each block, supplying pre-heated water to the highly efficient and environmentally friendly Kensa Heat Pumps located within each property.

Project highlights:

* 76mm copper pipework installed from the ground floor to the 13th floor
* 35mm distribution pipework installed on every floor
* 4 separate risers in each block
* Over 3,000 metres of pipework installed
* 3 residential blocks completed
* Full project delivered in just 12 weeks

This project demonstrates our capability to deliver large-scale mechanical installations efficiently while supporting sustainable heating solutions for residential developments.

The Peak Group team recently supported a valued client on a fast-paced project at Amazon LTN5 in Luton, delivering the installation of gas, chilled water, reverse osmosis, domestic services and above-ground drainage systems.
