Edinburgh might look rather big from up here, but you’d be surprised how much of it you can explore on foot. 👣

From BB Edinburgh in the West End, Princes Street is around a 10-minute walk away, while Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile can both be reached in around 25 minutes.
The Royal Botanic Garden is around 25 minutes on foot too.

So, you can leave the car behind, head out of the front door and see a lot of the city before you’ve even thought about transport.

"Hidden gem" gets used a lot these days... but this one might actually deserve the title.

Tucked away at the back of our hotel, our terrace looks straight across to Dean Village with uninterrupted views that many visitors, and even plenty of locals, never realise are here.
