Langdale Cottage Dog friendly holiday home in the beautiful village of Chapel Stile in Great Langdale in the heart of the Lake District.

Ideal base for couples and young families and anyone who enjoys hiking and exploring around the outrageously scenic Langdale Valley. Langdale Cottage offers comfortable accommodation for up to 2 adults and 2 children and we are dog-friendly. There is one double bedroom downstairs and a twin attic room (with 2 single kids beds). The cottage was fully updated and upgraded in 2022 and has operated as

a successful and well-reviewed family run holiday let since then, achieving a Customers Choice status award. The cottage is situated above Chapel Stile, one of the most attractive villages in the Lake District, amid the incredible beauty of the Langdale Valley. It has a shared communal garden, although this is not fully fenced so children and dogs need to be supervised. Car parking available at the top of a very steep drive. May not be suitable for persons of limited mobility.

Great day out with taking in Bowfell and epic views over the Great Slab, followed by zeal Pike and Rosset Pike from where you can look back up to the Great Slab and down to the Langdale Pikes.
