Back to Hubberholme Church to see their Christmas Knitivity. Absolutely fantastic. The talent and attention to detail shown in all these displays is brilliant and well worth the trip up the Dale if you are in the area. Also there’s a lovely walk from the Church to Yokenthwaite, Cray and back to Hubberholme with fabulous views of Wharfedale.

Couldn’t resist a short wander down to Linton Falls after cleaning Dales Cottage this morning. Its a beautiful day in the Dales and the cottage is available until next Friday if you fancy a break away.

An absolutely stunning afternoon in the Yorkshire Dales today. Was an real pleasure to take my guest who is staying in Dales Cottage on a walk around Yarnbury near Grassington.

With the clocks going back this weekend its the ideal time to book a winter trip away to stay in Dales Cottage near Linton Falls. You won’t be cold in this cosy cottage which has an AGA and log burning stove with unlimited sticks and logs provided.

When my lovely guest in Dales Cottage asked if I could recommend a Wild swimming spot I was delighted to show her my favourite place. We has a fantastic early morning swim together at Burnsall. Its a lovely 45 minute walk along the river from Dales Cottage or a short drive.

Gorgeous evening in the Yorkshire Dales tonight. Took advantage of the lovely evening by having a run along the River Wharfe from Linton Falls to Ghaistrill's Strid. These amazing locations are just a five minute walk from Dales Cottage and Lavender cottage.

After a busy few weeks the new kitchen is finally in at Dales Cottage. So grateful to everyone who has helped me - I couldn’t have done it without them, especially John Rymer who has done such a fantastic job. All ready for the first guests three hours ahead of schedule 🤪🥂!!
