We would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part in and supported the charity football match organised by Technical Absorbents and Energy Park Way.

We're delighted to share that together we raised an amazing 🎉 £3,656 🎉 for Andys Man Club (Mental Health Charity).

From the players on the pitch to the supporters on the sidelines, this fantastic achievement wouldn't have been possible without your generosity, enthusiasm, and community spirit.

It's inspiring to see colleagues, friends, and families come together to make a real difference while enjoying a great day of football.

A huge thank you again to Grimsby Town Football Club, for allowing us to host such a fantastic event at the ground, and a big thank you to everyone involved for helping make the event such a success. We look forward to building on this achievement and making plans to do it all again next year, bigger, better and raising more awareness and funds for local charities!

⚽You are Invited⚽

With only 4 days to go until the big Charity Football match between TAL and Energy Park, we are not only inviting all our friends and family but we are extending the invite to all of you on social media. As some of you may have already read in our previous post, this match is about raising awareness and funds for ANDYS MAN CLUB. Tickets for the game can be purchased on GTFC website, via the link below, all proceeds go to the Charity. All adult tickets purchased will be entered into a raffle, which will be drawn at half time, and could see you winning items such as, signed football boots from a well known local football player, plus a signed football and plenty more. We also have the pleasure of a local celebrity, Thomas Turgoose joining Team TAL! All other information can be found on the leaflet below.

⚽ Energy Park Charity Football Match, at GTFC ⚽

TAL alongside the support of other companies across Energy Park Way are raising funds and awareness for ANDYS MAN CLUB — The charity has been providing vital mental health support across the local and surrounding areas for the past 10 years, helping individuals and families who may be struggling.

In aid of this, we will be holding a Charity Football Match at GTFC football ground on Sunday 17th May 2026. This will consist of two team's - TAL vs Energy Park Way. However, the event is more than just football, it is about raising awareness, supporting important conversations, and helping ensure that nobody feels they have to face things alone. Therefore we are asking for the support of you all on social media for any donations (via the link below), any shares of this post or support for this event. It would be hugely appreciated and will help fund the incredible work ANDYSMANCLUB continues to do in communities across the UK.

It has been a busy week for TAL and our social calendars 📆

On Wednesday our Lab Chemist, Oliva and our Undergraduate Student in Product Development, Emily attended Lincoln University for their Placement & Work Fair Event. They had a great day meeting students and talking all things placements and work experience, and how TAL can support students with this.

On Thursday we then had Emily and the HR Team, Mollie & Manda attend the, Invest North East Lincolnshire Event, which was an opportunity to network with business’ across NE Lincs. The team had a great day connecting with people across different industries, exchanging details for future engagement, and also learning what others do and have to offer.
