We had our last weekend having a BBQ at a private woodland in Kent just before the Autumnal weather comes along, it was nice to wander around with the Dog for a few hours, have some dinner then get some last minute jobs done on the laptop before getting back to Peterborough for the next stage of the refurb.

Now we are rested up we are looking forward to more Decorating, Fitting a kitchen and competing the new Bathroom.

📢 Any other limited company directors in here sitting on surplus business cash?

If you've got retained profits just parked in your business account because pulling it out personally means losing up to 40% in dividend tax, I'm looking to connect with a couple of people.

I run a property company and we’re currently scaling our next projects. I'm looking for 1 or 2 corporate investors who want to put their idle business money to work without triggering a massive personal tax bill.

How we do it is pretty straightforward:
Your company lends directly to our business via an inter-company loan. It stays completely inside the corporate wrapper so you don't pay immediate personal income tax, the money is legally secured against the property, and we pay you a fixed interest rate back into your business. ✅

It’s 100% passive—we handle the sourcing, the builders, the messy renovations, and the sale. You just act as the bank.
We’re looking for corporate partners who have £50k+ ready to deploy 📈

If you want to get your company cash working a bit harder or just want to see how we structure it just send me a DM or email to [email protected] and we can grab a quick coffee or a 10-minute phone call.

A couple of examples of the Agents describing their properties of interest to us as 'needing some modernisation' 🤔

It's entertaining reading the Agents descriptions that are incredibly optimistic, let's see if they are as optimistic when we put in our more realistic offers..........

Researching a new strategy that we will be dabbling in soon, ideal strategy for the tricky awkward layouts that usually are left behind due to being too small for family homes but we are finding a lot of these locally so have found a potential use for them, lots of research needed to formulate a plan that can be replicated time and time again in multiple properties to maximise efficiency, looking forward to a few more late nights of scanning planning policies and floorplans
