Sharp spring rhubarb and fresh orange baked into a soft, buttery loaf that’s just the thing for this time of year! Sweet, tart, bright and comforting all at once making this the sort of cake that disappears slice by slice beside cups of tea and kitchen conversations. 😊

Blushing Beetroot Hummus

Earthy beetroot, creamy chickpeas, lemon and garlic blended into the brightest pink hummus you ever did see. Perfect for dipping, spreading, grazing or elevating a slightly chaotic lunch situation! Simple, colourful and full of flavour which is exactly the sort of thing we love making from seasonal veg.
