When I started this travel biz, I had no idea what I was doing — I just knew I didn’t want to keep waiting for the “perfect time.”
So I started. Messy, nervous, but moving.

The growth that’s come from simply showing up, from doing just one thing a day even when it felt tough, has been more valuable than I ever imagined.

This business has taught me so much, about people, consistency, leadership, and belief, and mostly myself.
