Tucked beside The Waterside Inn, our private dining cottage has been reimagined by Laura Roux. Antique treasures and heirloom artworks sit alongside deeply personal family mementoes. Among them, a life-sized sleeping greyhound, carved in walnut by Jacqueline Geldart pays tribute to the late Michel Roux’s love of dogs.
