Meet Burgonia 🍇 a colour-drenched apartment on the first floor of Jewel House, a Victorian warehouse on Thomas Street in the heart of the Northern Quarter 📍

🗓️ Friday: Check in from 3pm and let the light do its thing through those tall arched windows. Dinner is a two-minute walk away, with Dough Pizza Kitchen, Purezza and This & That all on the street 🍕

☕ Saturday: Coffee at the marble island, slow start on the bouclé sofa, then out into the independent shops and cafés right outside the door. Back in time for a game of pool before dinner 🎱

🛁 Sunday: Run a bath, take your time and check out at 11.

🎃 Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, and Depot sleeps all twelve of you.

🍂 Half term runs from Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November, so this is the weekend to get everyone together.

🏭 Depot is a 1,250 sq ft duplex inside a Grade II listed Ancoats mill, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and room for twelve.

We take what we do seriously, so you can take life a little less seriously, we provide a space to truly unwind, feel at home and create memories with the ones you love.



No two homes the same. Warehouse brick, herringbone floors, Santorini-inspired whites. Pick a mood, not a room number. Every Heim is designed from scratch, so the home you book is the only one like it.

Separate spaces to sleep, eat, lounge and host, in homes of up to 1,250 sq ft. Unpack properly, spread out, and keep the bedroom for sleeping. Hotel rooms don’t even come with a hallway.

No lobby. No queue. No small talk. Check in online and open your own front door with your phone. Your access details arrive before you do, so you can head straight in, drop your bags and start your stay.

Not every meal needs a reservation. A fully kitted kitchen for slow mornings, lazy lunches and nights in. Grab something fresh from the market, eat whenever suits you, and save the dinner bookings for the places you actually want to go.

Everyone under one roof. Homes that sleep up to 14, with no corridor between you and the group chat. Birthdays, hens, reunions or a family weekend, with one front door, one dining table and room for everyone.

“Waking up in this apartment on a Sunday really is a dream. A slow start, the morning light pouring in, a little time on my personal projects. There’s a real luxury in staying somewhere with this much original character”

Exposed red brick, original timber beams, the old steelwork left just as it was, and those big warehouse windows looking out over the city. Open plan living, coffee machine and everything you need so you don’t have to leave.
