We are a beautiful Victoria Hotel on Minehead Esplanade, the gateway to Exmoor and we are the hotel where students of Aurora Foxes work and train to pursue a career in the hospitality and catering industry.

Our students have ambitious goals and we support them to achieve those dreams.

Our dedicated staff do not settle when it comes to meeting the high standards necessary to work with corporate and local partners, and these skills are developed through three rigorous years of training working with real customers, like you.

A visit to our hotel and restaurant never fails to put a smile on our customers’ faces as they meet the students and enjoy delicious food at a decent price.

It's that time of year again where our students return home for a well earned break.

The hotel, bar and restaurant will be closed from Saturday 24th October reopening on Monday 2nd November.

We are a dog friendly establishment, in fact, we love your furry friends! 🐾🐶

There is even a pot filled with complimentary doggy treats in our popular bar area. 🦴

Take a walk along the South West Coast path, but don’t forget to stop in for a cup of tea, a slice of cake and a tasty doggy treat or two, before you take off to tackle the Exmoor hills.
