Prepare your taste buds for the brand new Autumn Menu. 🍂🥳

Our head Chef has been busy over the summer break preparing a hearty, warming seasonal menu inspired by Exmoor and the surrounding areas.

Cosy Autumn fayre, celebrating the rich tradition of Game and our longstanding farming heritage here on the edge of Exmoor National Park.

Over the next week we will be introducing delicious dishes, which are taken from our evening menu, served Monday to Saturday 5:30-8pm.

Pop on in, meet the students and prepare for an unforgettable experience.

The wait is nearly over!

We are busy beavering away at Foxes Hotel getting ready for a brand new year of hospitality and catering excellence.

Whether you are a long time lover of all things Foxes Hotel, or you have always meant to visit, but haven’t quite got around to it yet, the wait is nearly over!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has stayed at our hotel, eaten at our restaurant or visited this academic year.

We are now closed while our students take a well earned rest, but we will be back open serving incredible food and offering the warmest of welcomes from Monday 7th September.

And if you have been meaning to visit, don't forget we are an inclusive, accessible hotel on Minehead seafront which is also dog friendly.

Well, did you know we do ‘The Best fish and chips I have ever tasted and I’ve eaten fish and chips at Rick Steins!’

Because that’s what we overheard a customer declaring as they complimented our student team.

We are open all day today and yes, fish and chips IS on the menu.
