We are Dwell Living - providing short term fully serviced accommodation across Newcastle Upon Tyne.

We require 2 experienced cleaners to join our team who will clean our apartments/accommodations, making sure they are ready for our guests to arrive.

Hours will not be exact every week (dependant on business). You will likely be working most days Monday to Friday but this will change weekly depending on requirements - for example you may work your hours Monday, Wednesday, Friday when needed - but for now its likely you will work some hours every weekday.

- MUST have your own car to commute to each apartment/cleaning job. (Do not apply if you don't have your own car as we won't consider your application)

- Must have cleaning experience

- Would prefer candidates were local to the area of Newcastle City Centre for ease of driving between jobs.

NEEDED TO START ASAP.

General cleaning duties - ensuring the apartment/flat is cleaned to a high standard including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas. Changing bedding, wiping surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing toilet roll, towels and basic toiletries etc etc. All bedding, towels and toiletries will be provided to you by us.

We have a very random and very busy schedule due to bookings being taken at any time for our apartments, so you must be willing to commute to any apartment on any day.

Part-time hours: 20+ per week but up to 30 as we are very busy at the moment.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep you safe as possible, you will be provided with masks and gloves to wear while doing your duties. Social distancing will also be adhered to where possible with our team.

Handyman required.

We are DWELL Living, providing short stay, fully serviced accommodation across Newcastle. We need an individual with experience with handy work who can carry out jobs in our flats/apartments.

Duties will differ but include: painting, simple joinery, fitting door handles, repairing holes in plaster walls, clean up after jobs, sanding down and painting over, flat pack furniture etc etc.

Dependant on skills. Variable hours.

Much prefer if candidate had their own transport - much easier for travelling between jobs at short notice.
