Join us on Saturday 18th July for an immersive, hands-on cookery experience with our Executive Chef in the beautiful surroundings of Penninghame Estate.
Whether you are a complete beginner looking to build confidence in the kitchen or a more experienced home cook wanting to refine your skills, this course is suitable for all levels of experience. From basic techniques through to more advanced methods, our chef will guide you every step of the way.
During this full-day course, you will learn how to:
• Select and prepare fresh fish
• Master essential fish preparation techniques
• Create delicious sauces to complement seafood dishes
• Prepare the perfect side dishes
• Gain practical skills and professional tips from our Executive Chef
