🍽️ Autumn Menu Launch 🍽️

Our Autumn menu is now live with new seasonal delights so we thought we'd showcase a few of our new favourites. Here we have:

1. Blade of Beef (GF Adaptable): Rich, tender and melt-in-the-mouth beef with a delightful buttery mash and feel good veg. Yummy.

2. Butternut Squash & Sage Risotto (Vegetarian, Vegan Adaptable, GF Adaptable): Creamy risotto with earthy butternut squash and tangy mature Old Wi******er Cheese. Delicious.

3. Tandoori Monkfish (GF Adaptable): Succulent monkfish with warming spices and our own house-made curry sauce. Served with poppadoms and chutney. Roasted Masala Cauliflower option for vegetarians which can also be vegan adapted. Heaven.

Our Head Chef Connor and Sous Chef Will have worked hard to craft an autumn menu of hearty warming dishes with a Wolds twist. We think you are going to love these new creations which sit alongside some of your old favourites from the summer menu. We hope you can come and try them soon. 🥂

🥂 HARVEST VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 🥂

Our next and final pick of the year will be on Tuesday 13th October when we pick our Chardonnay. This is the big one so we would love to have some help.

It will be a fun day starting at 9.15am. We will provide snips and training for you to get picking our lovely grapes. All pickers will get hot and cold drinks and a decent lunch with w**e to taste 🥂🍾

We need quite a few people but spaces are limited. If you are interested then either comment below or drop us a DM and we will be in touch with more info and confirm if there is still availability.

This Sunday's Roast Menu Options

Make the most of your Sunday and join us for a wonderful Sunday roast overlooking the vineyard. This week the roast options are our half cornfed chicken, the slow roasted blade of beef, the British pork belly and our Vegan mushroom wellington. Also available will be a selection of classic mains for our usual lunch menu and a full kids menu too.

🍷 October W**e Tours and Tasting 🍷

It's the last few weeks of our Vineyard Tours and Tastings where we adventure around the vineyard and orchard chatting about what we do and drinking c***r, co-ferments and w**e - what a bloody great way to spend a few hours!

If you have a voucher then this is your last opportunity to get it used this year on a tour. The tours are every Saturday with the last one happening on the 17th. The café will be open before and after the tours for breakfasts, lunches, platters and drinks. Don't let the onset of Autumn stop you, come and have a few drinks with us 🥂

🍇 BIG THANKS to our lovely volunteers for helping pick our Rondo grapes last week 🍇👏🥂

It was an excellent pick and the volunteers put in a huge effort to bring in a whopping 863kg grapetastic haul. The café lunch and w**e were hugely appreciated after bringing in so much fruit.

That's a record harvest on the Rondo for us. We've filled up a 650L tank of destemmed and crushed grapes which is nicely fermenting away and a 290L tank full of whole bunch for a carbonic maceration. These will get pressed out in a few weeks and are the start of the 2026 vintages of Ramble (our still red) and Little Reds (our fizzy red).

Thanks once again to our volunteers and if you are interested in getting involved there will be one more large pick to come when we pick the Chardonnay. Keep a look out on our socials for updates. Hope to see some of you then. 🥂
