🎆 Make Bonfire Night a seaside getaway! 🌊🔥

Weymouth’s seafront Bonfire Night is back on Thursday 5th November, with a bonfire, fireworks over the bay—and a brand-new drone display! ✨

The evening kicks off from 5pm, with the drone display at 7.15pm, bonfire at 7.40pm and fireworks at 8pm. Weymouth Town Council will also be livestreaming the fireworks on Facebook.

✨ A little note from Sunshine & Sandcastles Retreat… ✨

One thing I will always take seriously is the cleanliness and comfort of our caravan. 🏡🤍

I’m extremely lucky to have an amazing cleaner who genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure the caravan is fresh, clean and welcoming for every single guest. She takes so much pride in what she does, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care and attention she gives our little holiday home.

I want every guest to arrive, put their bags down, relax and feel completely comfortable knowing that they’re in good hands. ☕🌊

That being said, everyone’s standards and expectations can be different. If you arrive and find that anything isn’t up to your standards, something has been missed, or there is simply something you aren’t happy with, please, please let me know as soon as possible.

I will always do everything I reasonably can to have it rectified immediately. I would much rather receive a message while you’re there and be given the opportunity to put something right than find out after you’ve left.

If I don’t know about something, unfortunately I can’t fix it. 🤍

This caravan means a huge amount to me. It isn’t simply a rental — it’s our own family holiday home, and I want every family who stays there to enjoy it and make lovely memories just as we do.

My door (or rather, my inbox! 😂) is always open during your stay. If you need anything at all, please just ask.
