🎉 Two Years Since Taking on My First SA 🌿✨

Two years ago today I signed the contract for my very first Serviced Accommodation — and what a journey it has been 🏡💛
From learning the ropes, running turnovers, dealing with the unexpected, and refining systems… to now having a smooth, guest-focused operation I’m truly proud of 🙌

This first SA gave me the foundation and confidence to keep growing — step-by-step, one brave decision at a time.
A huge highlight along the way was being featured in Kevin McDonnell’s book 🧾✨ — a pinch-me moment that reminded me how far I've come and how much is possible when you take action.

And to my amazing investor — thank you for believing in me and backing my vision. Your support made this possible and I’m forever grateful 🙏💚

It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been worth every lesson, late night and leap of faith.

Took almost took a year but I got my Superhost status on air bnb last night 🎉🎉🎉

This was very hard to get due to a longterm direct booking so was a nice surprise to recognised for 100% response rate and 5 star overall rating.

Although I am focussing on expanding my portfolio to provide care homes we do still have properties in Caversham, Basingstoke and Winnersh on airbnb.

This 4 bed all ensuite is awaiting some duvets, bedding, TV and for the cupboards to be filled with everything needed to cook and share meals.
