Find flavours of the estate on our tasting menus at Forge. Here, Jake Jones creates a narration of the landscape through the seasons for the six- and ten-course tasting experiences. Thursday to Sunday evening reservations and Saturday lunch service.

As the leaves turn and the evenings draw in, the estate settles into a slower rhythm. October is a time to rest, restore and reconnect with yourself. Spend a morning or afternoon at the Forest Spa. Swim in the heated outdoor pool, find stillness in the thermal spa and warm yourself by the log burner in the pool house.
