No problem!

We have hot and cold taps outside so hot tub was drained, cleaned, filled and up to temperature for guest arrival.

Plenty of logs for the wood burner.

Heating on for guest arrival.

Electric blankets on beds.

2 bedrooms…both with en-suite.

Drive for 2 vehicles.

Easy check-in.

Information file with instructions, contact details, transport info and take-away/restaurant info.

Milk in fridge, tea/coffee etc.

Chilled prosecco in fridge.

Relax ☺️
