Before autumn arrives, there’s still time for one more escape……

Hidden at the end of a tree-lined path, surrounded by woodland and water, The Longhouse cabin was designed for those moments when you need to disappear from the everyday.

Slow mornings overlooking the pond.
Afternoons exploring Rutland.
Sauna sessions followed by a cold shower.
Outdoor baths amongst the treetops as the sun begins to set.

And when the stars come out? A glass of something chilled and nowhere else you need to be.

We have a four-night escape waiting from 31st August - the next stay after this is early October.

I think this might be my favourite way to spend a weekend 🤍

Slow mornings watching the sun rise over the water.
Steaming outdoor baths before anyone else is awake.
Sauna sessions with that view.
Outdoor showers under the sky.
Pizza nights on the deck with a drink in hand.
Music on,
Glitter ball sparkling, nowhere else to be 🪩

And when the sun goes down?
The whole place glows.

I could stay here forever ✨

This is your reminder that the best weekends aren’t always busy ones. Sometimes you just need a private cabin in the countryside, fresh air, hot baths and someone you love beside you.

A private cabin in the woods, just for grownups ❤️

From the sauna overlooking the pond to the outdoor baths under a glitter ball - guests book The Longhouse for the WOW factor and feeling of staying in a cabin that in their words is “Truly Spectacular”

For me when I’m in The Longhouse, I can’t believe we built it - I say “we” - it was mainly hubby with me as a wonderful assistant 😂. It’s such a beautiful space that’s completely private, with an incredible view where you can completely switch off for a little while.
