A beautifully considered reception space isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity. It’s the transition from outside to inside, from the chaos of the day to “this is my space, I’m comfortable, let’s go”.’
‘Wayfinding matters. Signage matters. A really clear, highly identifiable brand language that guides people, not something beautiful and cryptic that leaves them second-guessing which way to turn. That friendly face at a well-designed reception desk matters. These aren’t afterthoughts. They set the tone for everything that follows.
