IRONMAN Wales sees Tenby come alive to a stunning sunrise swim on Tenby's sandy North Beach, wild bike course scenery along Pembrokeshire coastline, and a fan-filled town-centre run in Tenby.

It covers a total distance of 140.6 miles (226.3 km), broken down into three distinct disciplines not forgetting the cut off times😬

🏊 Swim: 2.4 miles (3.8 km) sea swim held in Carmarthen Bay off Tenby's North Beach, completed in two loops with an Aussie exit.

🚴 Bike: 112 miles (180 km) rolling and demanding cycle course across the Pembrokeshire countryside, featuring significant elevation and iconic climbs like Saundersfoot.

🏃 Run: 26.2 miles (42.2 km) full marathon split into four laps finishing through the medieval streets and beachfront of Tenby

With world-renowned spectator support and epic courses, this is the race that legends are made of.

Hosted in the charming Welsh seaside village of Tenby, Pembrokeshire, athletes leave as friends in this unique, inviting and truly special destination nicknamed the "Iron Town".

We currently have some great savings on autumn breaks starting from September 4th.

Our first break this September is a Weekly break, available 04/09/26 for up to a week. This is now on offer for £1075 with weekly breaks as low as £1025 later in the month .

Longer or shorter breaks are available all the way from September 4th up until October 12th.
And include our usual Prosecco and chocolates on arrival.

In addition to these dates we will then be able to offer breaks again from October 23rd, just in time for October 1/2 term with short breaks starting from £465 or weekly breaks from £915 .
