A Little Bankhouse Update ✨

From Monday 27th July, we’ll be taking a short break for two weeks.

During this time, there may be a delay in responding to emails, text messages, social media comments and direct messages.

Please rest assured that this does not affect any existing bookings, the calendar has already been closed during this period.

We’ll be back in early August and look forward to welcoming our wonderful guests once again.

We receive lots of the same questions every day, so here’s a quick guide that should hopefully help…

🏡 Pricing
Like most accommodation, our prices vary depending on the season and your selected dates. Simply enter your preferred dates on our website to receive an instant quote.

🛏️ Minimum Stay
• 2-night minimum stay
• 3-night minimum stay over Christmas & New Year

📅 2026 Availability
We now have just THREE weekends remaining for 2026, all in November & December. We still have plenty of weekday availability throughout the year.

Bankhouse sleeps up to 12 guests.
We charge per night, not per person.

👶 Families Welcome
Families are always welcome! We have a children’s play area, and highchairs and travel cots are available on request.

🐾 Pets
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate pets.

💻 Checking Availability
If your chosen dates don’t appear on our website (or alternative dates are suggested), it means those dates are already booked.

🥂 Celebrations
We love welcoming guests celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions. However, out of respect for our neighbours and our home, Bankhouse has a strict no-party policy. If you’re looking for a luxury getaway with family and friends in a relaxed setting, Bankhouse is the perfect choice.

🗓️ End of July & Beginning of August 2026
Bankhouse will be closed during this period for personal reasons. There may also be a slight delay in replying to messages and enquiries.

🧽 Damage Policy
We do not take a security or damage deposit.

We completely understand that the odd spill or minor accident can happen, please just let us know. However, any significant damage or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the lead booker in line with our Terms & Conditions.
