We are so happy to be working with Samantha and her team at MerMaid Cleaning Services for our changeovers.
They were part of the Crows Nest's journey in its previous life as a holiday rental for over 5 years. They know the apartment inside out, achieving endless 5 star reviews and multiple Superhost statuses.
We are excited to have them on the team again as we start Crows Nest 2.0 while bringing West Winds onboard.
We are super keen to work with local independent businesses on this journey and MerMaids is such a great one. Their attention to detail and how much they genuinely care for their clients and their properties is clear as soon as you engage. They are always super busy and booked up and it is clear to see why 🤩🤩

We are absolutely over the moon to share with you that we have been welcomed back into 'The Crows Nest' by her lovely NEW Owners!!
Under her fantastic previous Owners we were the only cleaning provider to carry out changeovers for 5+ years, not one missed clean, not 1 star rating lost due to cleaning related issues, multiple 'Superhost' awards and of course over 140 5* reviews ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We absolutely loved being part of her journey the first time round and we can now finally reveal that her holiday let journey didn't end when she was sold, the new Owners have BIG plans for this property and we are phenomenally excited be part of the next chapter
Walking back through the front door again after 8 long months felt just like we were visiting an old friend - we know guests will feel the same as soon as they step through the door, she just has that feel about her, she always has - cosy and comforting... its what made our job so easy!!
A few little tweeks to the decor, some new furniture, a new boiler, a super snazzy new entry system... same phenomenal view... same old us - time to do what we do best and sprinkle our sparkle
