🍁 Woodland days! 🔥

Some recent bushcraft sessions have really been fun to run!

We’ve had some wonderful clients with varying levels of experience this year, so it’s great to see every single person achieving what we are setting out for them to do.

If you’ve not been on one of our woodland sessions - we hope to see you soon!
If you have been on one of our sessions - we can’t wait to have you back again!! 🥰

Things were very different 11 years ago, but what a great start to get to the place we are now.

🎉 Exciting news! 🤩

We are really pleased to announce that today, after a short time in the making, we had the pleasure of visiting Darlington College Outdoor staff and students for an industry talk from our point of view. 😎

It was great to meet the group, and be able to talk about how Akiak Adventures got to where we are now. 🥾

With the chance to offer work placements as of 2027, this initial talk helped the group understand more about Akiak Adventures and key learning that we have had on our own journey. 🧭

It feels great to be able to support these young people, and we look forward to seeing them again soon! 😊

🥰 A fantastic opportunity to support our neighbours at Yorkshire Dales Guides Ltd last week for a guided walk of the Malham area.

☀️ The weather held long enough for us to explore the highlights which is always a bonus!

⛰️ Guided Walks! ☀️

Last week saw more of the wonderful Yorkshire Dales with our clients from Adventure Yogi.

🥾 The team tackled their next loop walk, dropping in to see our friends at the Helwith Tea Garden for another superb tea & scone chat!

🥰 A wonderful way to end the week 😎 Thanks to all who attended!
