Archanes Nature Retreat Residence is a, 140 square meters, two-floor maisonette located just a few meters from the entrance of Archanes just 10 min on foot from the main square of the village. The Residence can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious open space kitchen-living-dining area. The first and second bedroom are equipped with queen size bed with the third has a single bed and a small sofa bed that is suitable for a child (has a length of 180cm). All the bedrooms are located on the first floor of the property along with the master bathroom with the jacuzzi bathtub where you will have moments of relaxation and calmness. The ground floor is consisted of an open space where you will find a large, comfortable, and fully equipped kitchen, where you will be able to prepare any meal, you wish during your stay. The open space living room consisted of a big corner sofa where all the guests may relax, chat with each other, or watch any program at the 49inch smart TV. For our winter guests our modern fireplace is ready to give you the opportunity to enjoy moments of tranquility in a well warm and cozy atmosphere. On the ground floor there is also a complete nice, decorated bathroom with shower. All parts of the Residence are equipped with modern split AC units for both cooling and heating. On both floors you will have access to the outdoor terraces where you can relax and enjoy the sun, the blue sky and awesome view of the olive groves and the hills around. Καλώς ήρθατε στο Archanes Nature Retreat Residence! Η μεζονέτα βρίσκεται στις Αρχάνες, μια περιοχή που φημίζεται για το κρασί, το φαγητό και την αρχιτεκτονική . Η μεζονέτα είναι χτισμένη σε υψόμετρο 380 μέτρων και οριοθετείται από την οροσειρά του Γιούχτα και την Κεφάλα. Είναι το ιδανικό σημείο για τους λάτρεις της πεζοπορίας, με πολλά μονοπάτια σε κοντινή απόσταση για να εξερευνήσουν και να απολαύσουν το περπάτημα και την παρατήρηση της φύσης.
Ο χώρος
Το Archanes Nature Retreat Residence είναι μια διώροφη μεζονέτα 140 τ.μ. και βρίσκεται μερικά μόλις μέτρα μετά την είσοδο στην κωμόπολη των Αρχανών. Η κεντρική πλατεία έχει απόσταση περίπου 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια.
Το κατάλυμα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 6 άτομα και διαθέτει συνολικά 3 υπνοδωμάτια, 2 μπάνια και ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι-κουζίνα.
Δύο από τα υπνοδωμάτια είναι εξοπλισμένα με queen size κρεβάτια ενώ το τρίτο διαθέτει ένα μονό κρεβάτι και ένα μικρό καναπέ-κρεβάτι όπου μπορεί να χωρέσει ένα παιδί (μήκος 180εκ.). Όλα τα δωμάτια βρίσκονται στον πρώτο όροφο, συμπεριλαμβανομένου και του κύριου μπανιου, το οποίο διαθέτει τζακούζι και θα σας χαρίσει στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας.
Στο ισόγειο θα βρείτε ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, όπου θα μπορείτε να ετοιμάσετε το αγαπημένο σας γεύμα. Το σαλόνι αποτελείται από έναν μεγάλο γωνιακό καναπέ, όπου μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε, να συζητήσετε με φίλους ή να απολαύσετε το αγαπημένο σας τηλεοπτικό πρόγραμμα στην 49 ιντσών Smart TV.
Για τους χειμερινούς επισκέπτες, το μοντέρνο μας τζάκι θα σας δώσει την ευκαιρία να απολαύσετε στιγμές ηρεμίας σε μια όμορφη και ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα.
Επίσης, στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα.
Σε όλα τα μέρη του σπιτιού υπάρχει κλιματιστικό.

Ο εξωτερικός χώρος είναι μια μεγάλη αυλή το οποίο περιβάλλεται από ελαιώνες και άλλα δέντρα, μια πέργκολα με έπιπλα και ένα BBQ με κάρβουνα για ιδιαίτερα γεύματα και για δημιουργία αναμνήσεων για φίλους και οικογένεια.
Επίσης, ο εξωτερικός χώρος είναι ιδανικός για οικογένειες, αφού μπορούν τα παιδιά να παίζουν σε έναν ασφαλή και ανοιχτό χώρο ενώ οι γονείς μπορούν να απολαμβάνουν τον καφέ τους.

Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να έχουν πρόσβαση σε όλο το σπίτι. Η άφιξη
σας στο κατάλυμα θα γίνει χωρίς την παρουσία οικοδεσπότη λόγω της Covid-19 πανδημίας. . Περαιτέρω πληροφορίες θα σας δοθούν μια μέρα πριν την άφιξή σας.
