Surrounded by olive trees, Cretan countryside and the authentic beauty of Crete, Maria’s Olive House is being created as a place to slow down, relax and experience the island differently.

Imagine waking up to the morning light, enjoying your coffee beneath the olive trees, spending the day discovering beautiful beaches and traditional villages, and ending the evening with a long Cretan dinner under the stars. ☀️🫒🌊

In this series, we are taking you behind the scenes from A to Z — from the first construction work to the finishing touches and, eventually, the moment we open the doors for our first guests.
