Is it Monday again? Don’t worry, we’ve got the perfect remedy! 🍋✨
Lemon Loaf:
Mix together 210 g flour, 14 g cornstarch, 1½ tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp salt. Add 42 g
freshly squeezed lemon juice to 120 g warm milk and set aside. Cream 170 g butter, 26 g
vegetable oil, 200 g sugar, and 1½ tbsp lemon zest until light and fluffy, then beat in 3 eggs, one at a time. Alternate adding the lemon milk mixture and the dry ingredients. Pour into a parchment-lined loaf pan and bake at 160°C (320°F) for about 60 minutes. For the syrup, gently heat 50 g sugar with 55 g lemon juice until dissolved, then brush over the warm loaf. For the glaze, mix 125 g powdered sugar with 21 g lemon juice, drizzle over the cooled loaf, and finish with extra lemon zest.

Már megint hétfő? Ne aggódj, van rá gyógymódunk! 🍋 Süss egy isteni citromos loafot!
Citromos loaf :
Keverj össze 210 g lisztet, 14 g keményítőt, 1,5 tk sütőport és ½ tk sót. 120 g langyos tejhez adj 42 g citromlevet. Habosíts ki 170 g vajat, 26 g olajat, 200 g cukrot és 1,5 ek citromhéjat, majd egyenként keverj hozzá 3 tojást. Felváltva add hozzá a citromos tejet és a száraz hozzávalókat. Sütőpapírral bélelt formában süsd 160 °C-on kb. 60 percig.
A sziruphoz melegíts össze 50 g cukrot és 55 g citromlevet, majd kend a még meleg
süteményre. A mázhoz keverj el 125 g porcukrot 21 g citromlével, csorgasd a tetejére, és szórd meg citromhéjjal.
Kávé mellé, uzsonnára vagy csak úgy hétfő ellen, tökéletes választás!☕💛🍋

For us, the hot air balloons floating high above Budapest have always symbolized freedom and the soaring power of imagination. Did you know that the most famous balloon to rise above Városliget was the Ballon Captif, which became one of the most photographed attractions of the 1896 Millennium Celebrations and the Millennial Exhibition? A Néprajzi Múzeumban egyedi kollekciónk vár rátok, a Magyar Zene Házában megtalálhatjátok legújabb grafikáink kincseit, és mindemellett a liget fölé emelkedő csíkos ballon is megeleveníti egyik legsikeresebb motívumunkat. Hiszen a Budapest felett magasba emelkedő hőlégballonok számunkra mindig is a szabadságot és a gondolatok szárnyalását jelképezték. Our Recording Studio artwork has found a new home: you can now find it at the museum shop of the House of Music Hungary. If your summer stroll takes you to Budapest’s Városliget, make sure to stop by the House of Music Hungary and take some time to explore its museum shop. The oceans are the largest, yet still the least explored habitats on our planet. Hidden beneath their surface are extraordinary creatures such as the bioluminescent anglerfish, the leafy seadragon that disguises itself as drifting seaweed, and translucent jellyfish that seem almost otherworldly. Today, on World Oceans Day, we are diving into the depths of our Ocean Life illustration, discovering the fascinating marine creatures hidden among its intricate details. And while we are exploring the treasures of the sea, we cannot help but think of one of our favourite writing instruments: the YSTUDIO Glamour Evolve Ocean Sustainable pens. They do not simply take inspiration from the colours of the ocean, they are, in a way, born from it.
