We’ve had lots of lovely messages lately, and many of the same questions popping up — so here’s a quick FAQ to make things super easy for you 😊
🏡 What’s inside each pod?
Each pod is fully equipped for comfort and convenience, including:

✔️ TV, WiFi & built-in Bluetooth speakers

✨ What’s the difference between Standard & Deluxe?
Our Deluxe Pod is larger and includes everything above, plus:
• A dining table with two chairs
• The best lakefront location — closest to the water with the most fab view & 1 hour extra check out time of 12pm
(Our two Standard Pods sit just behind and still enjoy beautiful lake views.)
🧑🧑🧒🧒 Can I bring children?
No — each pod sleeps 2 adults only. AeroHeaven is an adults-only glamping site designed for peaceful, relaxing breaks.
🐾 Are pets allowed?
No — our glamping pods are pet-free.
⏰ What are the check-in & check-out times?
Check-in: 3pm
Check-out: 11am
We are self check-in & out and you’ll receive an email on the morning of arrival with everything you need for your stay.
🛁 Do the pods have private hot tubs?
Yes 🙌 Every pod has its own private hot tub, plus a shared sauna for all guests. (The sauna is self-service, giving you the freedom to light it yourself at a time that suits you, all will be set up for it to light and instructions given on how to use it in welcome book )
📞 Can I book over the phone or WhatsApp?
All bookings must be made through our website to secure your dates. Unfortunately, we can’t hold dates or accept advance bookings over the phone or WhatsApp. The only exception is same-day, last-minute availability, which must be paid in full at the time of booking. Or if you have purchased / received a Gift Voucher.
🍔🍕Is there any take away’s or restaurants near by?
Your pod includes basic cooking facilities like an air fryer & microwave, but if you’d rather switch off and eat out, these are all within a 5-minute walk:
• The Loughbawn Hotel – Breakfast & bar food (Mon–Sat 8am–8pm, Sun 12pm–7pm)
• Yeelong Chinese Takeaway – Closed Tuesdays
• Alberta’s Takeaway
• Costcutter – Hot deli & fresh bakery
Menus for Yeelong Chinese & Alberta’s are available in your welcome book inside the pod.
Ballyconnell (10 minutes by car):
• The Anglers Rest Restaurant – popular and well-known for their delicious steaks & the Slieve Russell Hotel
Cavan town (20 minutes):
• A wide selection of cafés, restaurants, shops & takeaways.
🚌 Can I reach AeroHeaven by bus?
Yes! We’re located 18km from Cavan Bus Depot.
Buses run daily between Cavan - Killeshandra & we’re just a short 5–10 minute walk from the stop.

💶 What are the prices?
• Weekends: from €215 per single night (discounts available for multiple nights)
• Midweek: 2-night stays from €300
